Connect in seconds.

Send your partner a code or link. Add friends the same way: a training buddy, your sister, your running club. Nothing is shared until you both say yes.

2

You choose what they see.

Pick each category for each person: sleep, recovery, activity, period countdown, fertile window. Turn any of them off whenever you like. Private logs stay private, always.

3

See each other, every morning.

Priya had a rough night? Bring her a coffee. Sam smashed a 10k? Send a cheer. One glance shows how the people you care about are really doing.

Cycle tracking

Periods, symptoms and what they mean for your day.

Log your period in a tap and Pulse Pair predicts the next one and your fertile window, then shows how your cycle shapes your recovery and sleep. Share a simple countdown with your partner, if you want to.

  • Period and fertile window predictions
  • Symptom, mood and note logging
  • Skin temperature trends from your watch

Questions

Do I need a partner to use it?

No. Most people use Pulse Pair on their own. Every score, signal and chart works for one person and is free forever. Sharing is there if you want it later.

Is it really free forever?

Yes. Sleep, Recovery and Strain scores, trends and cycle tracking are free with no time limit and no subscription. The only paid part is Pulse Pair +, a single one-off purchase to share with other people.

Which watches work?

Fitbit Air, Fitbit and Pixel Watch through Google Health, plus anything that writes to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. The more your device measures overnight (heart rate variability, resting heart rate), the better your Recovery score.

Who can see my data?

Only you, unless you connect with someone and turn categories on for them. Symptoms, notes and intimacy entries are never shared. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy.

Is Pulse Pair medical advice?

No. Pulse Pair is a general wellness app, not a medical device. Talk to a qualified professional about medical concerns.

Who made this app?

Not a big company.
One guy, for his wife.

Pulse Pair wasn't built by a tech giant or a team of fifty. It was built by one person, YouTuber @thesamuelnam, who spent months making it on his own, for just two people: him and his wife.

He wanted to know when she'd had a rough night or a tough point in her cycle before the day even started, so he could be better prepared and actually help. Now every couple can have the same.
